Refund policy

Limited Warranty

Items are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery. All products are warranted against material & manufacturer defects within 90 days of purchase. If you believe one or more of your Glacier Black Inc. products to be defective, please contact us. When applicable, we will send a suitable replacement item. If a return label is included, please send back your defective item for quality control.

Return Policy

To guarantee a full refund, your order must be cancelled prior to being shipped; exclusions apply. Otherwise, refunds are at the discretion of Glacier Black staff. See following details for general eligibility:

Ropes

    - Precut ropes in brand new condition and still in original packaging are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the purchase date.
    - Custom length ropes are not eligible for a refund. 

Metal Hardware

    - Metal hardware is eligible for a refund within 14 days from the purchase date if the item is unused, in brand new condition and includes original packaging.

Soft Goods

    - Soft goods are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the purchase date if the item is unused, in brand new condition and includes original packaging.

If you wish to return your item due to a defect, please refer to the limited warranty.

Items not purchased directly through “glacierblack.com” are not guaranteed to be subject to the above warranty. Please contact support@glacierblack.com or the seller to verify.
