Javelin is a rockstar rope for big desert days and advanced teams
The bonded (StrataFuse) Javelin is a wonderful rope for expeditions and advanced teams in the desert. It is very light and remarkably durable. I have been bashing it around the Grand Canyon and Utah slots all Spring and it looks great. This rope solves a big problem that other lightweight ropes struggle with: slip between the core and the sheath. The 'bonded' version of Javelin just does not slip. Superb! Be aware, this rope is FAST and would likely be very, very fast in the aquatic.
